Bug reports and feature requests
If a message fails to arrive, a UI element misbehaves, or you want to suggest an engineering improvement, email hello@tenmin.app with enough context to reproduce the issue:
- Approximate UTC timestamp when the issue occurred.
- The action you were performing.
- The observed result versus expected behavior.
- Your browser and operating system version, if applicable.
For security-sensitive disclosures, prefix the subject line with [security] and allow a reasonable remediation window before public disclosure. We gladly credit researchers in our release notes upon request.

Abuse and takedown
If you believe tenmin.app is being used to receive content that violates our terms of service (such as unlawful material or anti-fraud circumvention), email abuse@tenmin.app with the relevant six-character inbox ID, an approximate timestamp, and the nature of the violation. We investigate abuse reports promptly and can block specific recipient IDs or originating senders.
Because all messages expire automatically after ten minutes, we cannot retrieve message contents after the 600-second TTL window has elapsed.
Legal and law enforcement (Koracle LLC)
tenmin.app is operated by Koracle LLC. Formal legal correspondence (including DMCA notices, subpoenas, court orders, and regulatory requests) should be sent to legal@tenmin.app. Include the relevant case reference and a specific statement of the records requested. As detailed in our privacy policy, message data is automatically purged after 600 seconds, so we do not retain historical message archives.
