This policy explains what tenmin.app (operated by Koracle LLC at koracle.ai) collects, stores, and shares. Where we use terms like "we", "the service", or "your inbox", they refer to Koracle LLC and the tenmin.app platform.
Summary
tenmin.app has no user accounts, stores no personal profiles, and retains inbound email for only 10 minutes (600 seconds). The third-party services involved in operating the site are our cloud edge network providers (for TLS termination, DDoS protection, inbound SMTP routing, and serverless execution), Google AdSense (contextual advertising on our editorial pages), and optionally Google Analytics when configured.
What we collect
From you directly: no account or registration data. There is no signup, no login, no user profile, and no persistent preference cookie. tenmin.app does not set first-party tracking cookies, though third-party services such as Google AdSense may set and read cookies as described below.
During an active inbox session, our infrastructure processes:
- The inbox ID generated in your browser (six hexadecimal characters).
- Messages delivered to that inbox, including standard RFC 5322 headers (From, Subject, Received, MIME structure) and the parsed plain-text and HTML body. These records expire automatically after a hard 600-second time-to-live (TTL). There is no long-term message archive.
- SMTP rejection events at the routing boundary when an inbound message is rejected for an inactive recipient or oversized payload. These events are handled transiently at the network edge and are not retained in our database.
What we do not collect
- We do not log visitor IP addresses against inbox IDs.
- We do not store first-party browser fingerprints or device identifiers.
- We do not retain copies of any message past its 10-minute TTL window.
- We do not run content classification, profiling, or AI training on inbound messages.
- We do not maintain a historical directory of issued addresses.
- We do not sell, rent, or share message contents with third parties or advertising networks.
Third parties and cookies
Edge hosting and network security
tenmin.app uses managed edge network infrastructure for static content delivery, TLS termination, inbound SMTP routing, and DDoS/bot mitigation. Network edge gateways process transient connection metadata (such as connecting IP addresses and TLS handshakes) to route requests and defend against automated abuse, and may set strictly necessary security cookies when challenging suspicious automated traffic.
Google AdSense
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on our editorial and reference pages. When you visit tenmin.app, third parties (including Google) may place and read cookies on your browser or use web beacons and IP addresses to collect information for ad serving:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites on the internet.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to tenmin.app and other sites on the internet.

Inbox isolation: Advertisements are never targeted based on the contents of messages received in your temporary inbox. Ad slots and ad requests are automatically suppressed whenever an active inbox is displaying received messages, and legal/utility screens do not load the AdSense script.
Google Analytics (optional)
When a Google Analytics 4 measurement ID is configured, the site loads GA4 to record pageviews and basic UI interaction events with IP anonymization enabled (anonymize_ip: true). When no GA4 ID is configured, the loader is inactive and no analytics script is fetched.
Buy Me a Coffee
The voluntary "Tip" links point to Buy Me a Coffee. Any payment completed there is processed directly by Buy Me a Coffee and its payment processor; Koracle LLC does not receive or store your payment card details.
Data retention
- Inbound messages: 600 seconds from arrival, enforced automatically by our storage TTL expiration.
- SMTP transport metadata: transient network transport metadata governed by standard edge gateway operational retention policies.
- Advertising and analytics cookies: governed by Google's standard cookie retention policies and your browser settings.
Your rights and regional privacy disclosures (EEA, UK, Switzerland, and US states)
Because we do not maintain user accounts or persistent personal profiles, we hold no long-term personal records to export or modify. Depending on your jurisdiction (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or US states such as California), you have rights regarding third-party cookies and identifiers:
- Manage or withdraw ad consent (EEA, UK, and Switzerland): Visitors from these regions may manage consent preferences through Google's Consent Management Platform prompt or at adssettings.google.com.
- Clear your temporary inbox immediately: Use the Clear button in the inbox interface or close the browser tab. All stored message data is purged from our storage layer within 10 minutes.
- Control cookies in your browser: You can block or delete third-party cookies at any time in your browser settings without affecting core inbox functionality.

Children
tenmin.app is intended for users aged 13 and older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Law enforcement
Koracle LLC responds to valid legal process. Because inbound message contents are automatically purged after 600 seconds, historical message records do not exist after an inbox expires.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we revise the Updated date at the top of the page and surface a notice on the home screen for material changes.
